Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a dispatch confirmation. Until then we can decline an order — for example if the product is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if we can't deliver to the address given.
Pricing
Prices are in Saudi Riyals and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged separately unless stated.
If we list something at the wrong price by mistake, we'll contact you before dispatching and you can confirm at the correct price or cancel.
Product use
Liwan diffusers are for household use as a room fragrance. They are not for ingestion, not for application to skin, and not for use in any way other than as described.
Follow the safety information on the carton. Keep away from open flame. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Use a coaster — the oil will damage furniture surfaces.
We're not responsible for damage caused by misuse, spillage, or use contrary to the instructions provided.
Fragrance and appearance
Fragrance is subjective and perception varies between people and between rooms. Scent strength and longevity depend on room size, temperature, airflow and air conditioning.
Glass is made in batches, and there may be minor variation in tone and finish between bottles. Wood grain on the collar varies by piece. These are characteristics of the materials, not defects.
Intellectual property
Everything on this site — the Liwan name, the wordmark, the bottle design, photography and copy — belongs to us. Don't reproduce it without asking.
Liability
Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one live when you placed it.
