All across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
How long it takes
Orders are packed within same of being placed. Delivery takes 2–4 working days for Riyadh deliveries and 3-5 working days for the rest of the Kingdom.
We don't dispatch on Fridays or public holidays.
What it costs
Devliery costs 15 SAR and is free for orders above 199 SAR.
Tracking
You'll get a confirmation email when the order is placed and a tracking link when it's dispatched. If the tracking link hasn't arrived within 7 days, email info@byliwan.com with your order number.
How it's packed
Every bottle ships sealed with an inner stopper in place, wrapped, and boxed with the reeds separate. Glass and oil both travel badly, so the packaging is heavier than it looks like it needs to be. That's on purpose.
If it arrives damaged
Photograph it before you unpack anything further: the outer box, the inner packaging and the bottle. Send the photos and your order number to info@byliwan.com within 48 hours and we'll replace it.
We can't process a breakage claim without photos, so please don't throw the packaging away.
