What we collect
When you order: your name, delivery address, email address, phone number, and order details.
Payment information is handled directly by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.
When you browse: basic technical information — pages visited, device type, and approximate location derived from your IP address. This comes through cookies and analytics tools.
When you sign up to emails: your email address, and whether you open what we send.
When you contact us: whatever you write to us, so we can help and so we have a record of it.
Why we collect it
To take payment, deliver your order, answer your questions, handle returns, and — if you've opted in — send you occasional emails.
We also use aggregate information about how the site is used to make it better.
Marketing
We only send marketing emails if you've asked us to. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately.
Unsubscribing doesn't stop transactional emails — order confirmations and delivery updates still come, because they're part of fulfilling your order.
Who we share it with
Only the companies we need to in order to run the business:
- Shopify, which hosts our store
- Our payment providers, who process transactions
- Our delivery partners, who need your address and phone number to deliver
- Our email platform, if you're subscribed
- Analytics providers, in aggregate form
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers for their own purposes.
Where your data goes
Some of these providers store data outside Saudi Arabia. [PDPL DISCLOSURE — this needs specific wording from your reviewer covering the legal basis for transfer.]
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for 2 years to meet tax and accounting requirements. Marketing subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept for 2 years.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct anything wrong, or delete it. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time.

Note that we can't delete records we're legally required to keep — completed order records for tax purposes, for example.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used. You can block them in your browser, but parts of the site will stop working properly if you do.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
